Jay Hurst
Jay has lived and worked in the Washington D.C. metro area since 1990, when he moved from Roanoke, Virginia. He attended East Carolina University, with majors in Business and Music. Jay is a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He has also attended Virginia Western College to continue French language studies. Jay has been in Marketing and Real Estate for 27 years.
Jay enjoys time with his 6 year old daughter, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, tennis, and still plays his horn on occasion.

Debra Talley
Debra holds Associates degrees in Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, and a Bachelor’s in Finance. She moved from New York to Old Town Alexandria in 1977, and has lived in Northern Virginia since. The last 15 years she has called Vienna home.
Debra is a full time Realtor, and was licensed in 1989. She has a special interest in Urban Renewal and Community Development projects. She became an Associate Broker in 2007. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail have earned her a professional reputation second to none.
In her free time, Debra enjoys being on the water, and time with her son Sean and daughter Lindsey.
