Jay Hurst
Jay has lived and worked in the Washington D.C. metro area since 1990, when he moved from Roanoke, Virginia. He attended East Carolina University, with majors in Business and Music. Jay is a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He has also attended Virginia Western College to continue French language studies. Jay has been in Marketing and Real Estate for 27 years.
With Jay's background in marketing, your listings will be presented to a targeted group within 24 hours of a listing. That includes professional photography, web site postings, full color brochures, signage, and a minimum of two mailings.
Jay has over 20 years of experience with Homeowners Associations, and HOA management. This is valuable when dealing with the complex sets of rules and legal issues that surround moving into a planned unit development.

Debra Talley
Debra is a Broker Associate, licensed since 1989, when she became a full-time REALTOR. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Banking, Insurance and Real Estate from SUNY.
Debra has an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and is e-PRO Certified. In addition, she has lived in the Washington, D.C. metro area since 1979, and has called Vienna home since 1993. Debra received the SFR designation for Short Sale and Foreclosure certification in 2009.
