Debra Talley
Debra is a Broker Associate, licensed since 1989, when she became a full-time REALTOR. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Banking, Insurance and Real Estate from SUNY.
Debra has an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and is e-PRO Certified. In addition, she has lived in the Washington, D.C. metro area since 1979, and has called Vienna home since 1993. Debra received the SFR designation for Short Sale and Foreclosure certification in 2009. In 2011, she was Certified as a Residential Specialist. With a background in mortgage banking and twenty years in real estate, Debra’s knowledge and experience ensures that each and every transaction is a smooth one from start to finish. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail have earned her a professional reputation second to none.
